Nichols Arboretum Engagement Photos in the Spring and Summer

Suzy and Mike’s Nichols Arboretum engagement photos were taken when spring starts turning into summer, and the blooms and colors are magical. The Arb, as everyone in or anywhere near Ann Arbor calls it, is full of the most beautiful flowers and colors at that time of year.

You might remember the Fall Nichols Arboretum Engagement Photos we did of both Katie and Drew and Melissa and Eddy in the past few years. It really is one of the loveliest places to go for Ann Arbor engagement photos during any season!

 

Ann Arbor Love

An Ann Arbor engagement session was a natural choice for Suzy and Mike. They found love, friendship and happiness on the campus of this awesome and culturally rich college town. We love hearing stories of couples that meet somewhere and use that place for their photos. It really does make the session that much more meaningful!

 

Ann Arbor Friendship

After leaving Nichols Arboretum, we headed to their friend Bertie’s home. When Mike was a student in Ann Arbor, he had a landscaping job. Bertie was one of his clients, and he lovingly cared for her garden and they became good friends. She was happy to offer her amazing garden as a backdrop for some of their photos. It really was a beautiful end to the evening!

We are so excited for Suzy and Mike’s upcoming Ann Arbor wedding and reception at Weller’s in Saline. It’s going to be an amazing wedding day!
