Jen & Scott’s Elegant Winter Wedding at Addison Oaks

Jen & Scott had an amazing winter wedding at the historic Addison Oaks Buhl Estate. Jen & Scott have a great story- they reunited after 20 years apart- it was truly meant to be for this pair! Snow had just fallen and the lights on the wreaths and the trees twinkled- it was lovely! Emerald City Designs did a fantastic job with floral and room design. Matt Hanchon is one of our favorite DJ’s, and he happens to be a great friend of the couple- he did an awesome job with the ceremony and reception music, and kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The wedding party changed into their Chuck Taylors, a personal favorite of Scott’s, who owns just about every color of Converse- he broke out his formal black sneakers for the special occasion! Uptown Funk had the whole wedding party breaking it down on the dance floor and their Chucks on (with Saint Laurent….) The evening uniting this new family was warm and fun and heartfelt. We had a great time photographing it and are so happy for them!
